Some weeks ago around the time of "the Sex and the City" movie time, a friend asked me if I could donate some jewellery for a charity fundraiser. I was happy to help. I donated a 4 strand torquoise necklace with a mother of pearl flower in the centre.
Upon my return home on Friday morning after doing some mummy duties I noticed that our knome had a large white envelope underneath it and wondered why the post man would leave it there. Well it wasn't the post man, my friend DK had left it there for me. I was very surprised to receive a certificate of Appreciation for my donation.
It was completely unexpected and very much appreciated. So a big thank-you to Ascot Early Childhood. It was my pleasure.
