Well these seem to have everyone's approval. The raw mixture was certainly delicious as well. These are soft biscuits not crunchy. The batch makes 36! Look at the size of them! Beware.
Ingredients
680gms butter
1 3/4 cups light brown sugar
1 1/2 cups white sugar
5 eggs
1 tbs vanilla extract
4 1/2 cups plain flour
1 1/2 tsps baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 tbs water
3 cups chocolate chips
Method
Preheat oven to 180C
Beat butter and sugars together until light and fluffy
Beat in eggs and vanilla
Add flour, baking powder, salt and water
Stir in chocolate chips
Line baking trays with baking paper (you will need to do these cookies in batches as they flatten)
Scoop a tbs of dough with one spoon and push off with another onto the tray
Space out with at least 2 inches between each cookie
Bake for 10 minutes
Let cool
Enjoy!
