I have been wanting to plant some lavender bushes outside my studio window for a while. The aim is so when I have the windows open the scent of lavender wafts in. I thought I should do it know whilst waiting for some stock that I have ordered to arrive. So I took myself down to Bunnings looking very French chic to buy French Lavender (really wanted English lavender but out of stock and apparently very hard to grow in our climate). Yes I was wearing an animal print Trench Coat with knee high boots. (Just substitute the blonde hair for brown)
I loaded my car with lavender bushes, sand, mulch, manure and pavers.
Unloaded and began to dig.
The internet and my brother who grows beautiful lavender bushes, told me to mix the sand, soil, manure and fertiliser together and leave for a few days. So come next week I shall be planting.
