It's not just any birthday, but the big 40!!! I thought I would start the festivus of SoniaM by having a coffee/champagne morning tea at Fonzi Abbott on Racecourse Road. I made the cake which is an organic chocolate cake with Peanut Butter frosting. Since I have my coffee there everyday, I was allowed to bring the cake along. It is the best chocolate cake ever!!!!
