I discovered this post workout snack which I have for breakfast and is great at anytime. It is so delicious!
1 cup of organic greek plain yoghurt (I use full fat but feel free to use low fat)
1 banana
1/4 cup coconut water
A handful of blueberries
1 tbs chia seeds (I put these in everything!)
2 tbs organic peanut butter
Cinnamon
