Seeing Red

I'm not the only one seeing Red. Matches fashion names it as a trend for Autumn/Winter 2010 in the Northern Hemisphere. So we can expect it to feature dominantly in the 2011 Autumn/Winter collections for the southern hemisphere. So get Red!

Inspiration Thursday - Marc Jacobs

Spring/Summer 11

I am still loving Red. This is not a passing phase, it is a deep blown love affair. It is the colour that looks best on me. Everytime I wear Red, everyone comments. I don't know why I have stayed away from it so long. Not anymore! I am embracing it with open arms. So much so that I am having a completely Red dress made, similar to the photo above, but more kindy and school drop off and pick up friendly. So if you see me swanning around in a Red dress similiar to the above, be sure to say hi.

All photos courtesy of Grazia Magazine Click on the link to have a look at the rest of Marc Jacobs collection. There were so many other outfits and beautiful coloured feathered neck pieces I wanted to post, but just too many.

Inspiration Thursday - Red

I am having a Red moment. It may be in preparation for the Valentino exhibition.
I have had this picture forever. How beautiful is this dress? It is a design by a very young Roland Mouret.
