What a fantastic day! There was lots of champagne, laughter, tiltilating conversation, getting to know people and lots of feathers!

This is me below holding my tickets wearing my Terminator, which was a last minute decision (in previous post husband confused the fascinator with the Terminator)

I was a bit of a gumbie picking out names from the sweepstakes. I was taking too long and was made to hurry up. Luckily I had my trusty horse friends, Di (PR Manager) and Kathy to guide the way! I believe the encouraging words were "Hurry up you're taking to long. Just buy 3 of the $10 tickets in the sweepstakes" There wasn't much to pick from when I got there. Lucky Me!

These are the girls watching the race. It was all a bit confusing at first as they didn't have the names of the horses on the screen as they were racing. So by the end of the race we had no idea which horse had won.

After the race, ready to eat our delicious ricotta cheese cake and vanilla bean ice-cream dessert!
