Fudge

This fudge comes courtesy of my good friend Jo. Thank-you!





Ingredients

120g butter
200g brown sugar
1 x 395 tin condensed milk
2 tbs liquid glucose

Method

Combine all ingredients
Cook for 8 mins
Stir every 2 mins, then another 3 mins, then every 1 minte
Add 100g white, milk or dark chocolate
Add splash Bailey (optional)
Set in fridge
Cut into pieces
