Raspberry Friands

My new teacups. They are a Christmas present from the children. I love them! This recipe is from a friend.

Ingredients

1 cup hazelnut meal
190g melted butter
3 eggs
1/4 cup caster sugar
1/2 cup plain flour
1/4 cup of raspberries plus some extra.

Method

Mix all ingredients together.
Pour into lined cupcake moulds.
Place one raspberry in middle of mixture.
Bake in 180C oven for 25 minutes.
