My birthday lunch is this Friday and just finalising dishes since I have had problems with my oven doors. But we won't go there. I tried this Spiced Salmon dish last night and was a big hit. So Salmon and Lamb on Friday it is.
Ingredients
- Salmon
- Sumac Spice or Chinese Five Spice
- Shaved Cucumber
- Finely sliced Fresh Fennel
- Oil and juice of lemon
- Tzatziki mixture
Method
- Cook Salmon skin side down for 4 minutes and same with other side
- Place sliced cucumber and fennel on plate
- Drizzle oil and lemon
- Place Salmon on top
- Spoon dollop of Tzatziki
- Enjoy! I know very easy!
