One man's trash is another man's treasure

I come from a large family. One of eight children to be exact and we are all completely different. I am in fact a twin and even we are complete opposites. Two of us, my sister who is two years older and I are the creative ones. My sister Gessica is over from Spain for a spell and managed to make this mannequin which I love. I asked her to make one for my daughter's christening years ago and am now collecting torquoise, emeralds and purples for another one.

After she said she'd like to make a shell with neutral colours of gold and silver and earthy tones, I searched through my studio and came up with a lot of pieces I thought she could use. Lots of odds and ends that I wasn't using. And look how beautiful she is.

How intricate she is and the details. Each shell and bead is individually glued on and strategically placed.
