Glasses frames to suit your face

Getting the right pair of specs or sunglasses is no easy task. In fact most people prolong it because it can be daunting. I've been asked by an optometrist to help her clients find suitable frames for their faces. Sunglasses and spectacles are like finding the perfect pair of jeans. You have to try a whole lot on before you get the right ones. I have tried to narrow it down and make it as simple as possible to find the perfect glasses. Depending on the shape of your face different styles will suit. You should also take into account your colouring and choose frames that compliment this. I hope the illustrations below help in some way to feel more confident in choosing the right frames for you.
