In My Frame

One lot of beads I have ordered arrived yesterday filled with lots of agate stones. I am having a bit of a greenish, torquoise, blue and purple obsession lately. I just love these colours all mixed together.

These are earrings I have wanted to make for a long time.  I was waiting for the Swarovski crystal flowers to arrive. I have put them on agate earrings with a amethyst drop. And I need to make two sets of the bottom ones for an order.

I have been collecting agates to make a big necklace. That's what I am thinking so will see what happens when I sit down and start to fiddle.

And these beautiful black, white and clear fire polished round faceted 10mm agate. The photo does not do these stones justice, they just sparkle. I will mix them with faceted rondelle crystals in a shadow grey colour.

More agate in the blue and green shades. I have vision of a lovely 2 or 3 strand choker "Gucci" style necklace. Once again will see.

Light Carnelian and citrene for some bracelets.

And lastly have had these bone beads for a while, if you remember I was going to mix them up with yellow beads, but I think I am liking the torquoise and amazonite with it. Very tribal.

Inspiration Thursday - Green and Blue Hues

This dress is a Jean Paul Gaultier.
I have had this picture for a long time. I love everything about it, colours, shells, dress.
This was my grandmother's from Italy.
A clipping I found that I just find interesting, colours, candelabra, delicious fruit.

Colour Combination Obsession - Purple, Blue, Green

I am currently loving purple, blue and green. It started with the blue which I have ordered in ostrich feathers for a cape and possibly a collar. Then I started thinking what I would put it back with so people would find it wearable and not completely outrageous (I am known to get carried away)So I was fiddling again last night with some materials and pulled out some jewellery pieces of the same colours which I just absolutely love.
