At the moment I am just loving yellow and torquoise together.
I went to spotlight the other week to buy some dupion silk in a beautiful yellow kind of mustard colour(above). I had seen it there before but decided against buying it. However it turned out that it invaded my every thoughts so I had to go back for it. Maybe it is just that Spring is around the corner? I wasn't quite sure what I was going to do with it at the time but knew that I loved it and had to have it.
I find yellow really brings out the colours around it and when put back with black it is just striking.
Below is a yellow ensemble I wore to a cocktail party a few months back, prior to my feather capes of course.
