Feathers

I have had so many international enquiries for the feather capes over the holidays, it was amazing. People emailing me wanting them for all different reasons. It was very interesting. Since I was away for 4 weeks I haven't looked at them. My latest enquiry was from Sydney for a wedding and I was looking at them today as if it were for the first time. I just love the colours. I could stare at them all day and imagine all sorts of beautiful capes for them.

I have always loved the emerald green and just before I found these I remember thinking wouldn't it be great to have emerald green feathers! And I am going through a coral phase at the moment (Maybe because it's in all the magazines!)

And I still love the pinkish, purplish feathers at the top and the speckled caramel feathers.

And I just love these burgundy feathers. Becuase of the length they can only be made into a collar with I think a black polka dot tulle frill and the french beaded trim at the top! It is very hard at times because it is colour overload and you just don't know where to begin. I think I need a few more weeks to ease myself into the New Year!
